INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Good Equipment, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others, except as disclosed in this statement. We collect personal data at various points throughout the website to support user interaction and service delivery.
EQUIPMENT QUOTE REQUESTS
To request a quote, users must complete a Quote Request Form and provide contact details (e.g., name, address, phone number, and email). This information is used solely to respond to the request. Optionally, users may submit financial information to help Good Equipment, Inc. prequalify them for financing. All data submitted through the form is encrypted and stored securely on protected servers.
ORDERS
When placing an order via our e-Catalog, users are required to provide contact and payment information (such as shipping address, credit card number, and expiration date). This information is used for billing and fulfillment purposes. If any issue arises during order processing, we use the contact information to reach the user. All order data is encrypted and securely stored.
COOKIES
Cookies are small files stored on a user’s device that help enhance the user experience. They are not linked to personally identifiable information. For instance, cookies are used to maintain shopping cart contents during an e-Catalog session. Users may disable cookies, but doing so could limit functionality, such as the shopping basket. Cookies also allow us to understand user preferences and improve our website accordingly.
LOG FILES
We collect IP addresses and use server log data to analyze trends, administer the site, track user navigation, and gather broad demographic data. These logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.
SHARING
We may share aggregate demographic data with partners or advertisers. This data is not linked to any individual. Good Equipment, Inc. may contact users via email or mail with dealership promotions or relevant information. We use third-party services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to handle shipping, and reputable payment processors to handle billing. To our knowledge, these companies do not store or reuse your personal information for unrelated purposes.
We may also collaborate with third parties to offer specific services. In such cases, we may share only the information necessary to provide the service. These third parties are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than service delivery.
LINKS
Our website may contain links to external websites. Good Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any external sites they visit. This policy applies only to information collected on our website.
SURVEYS AND CONTESTS

In addition to online encryption, we safeguard personal data offline. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel at Good Equipment, Inc. and the dealership. Employees who require this information to perform specific duties (e.g., order fulfillment, customer service) are granted access via password-protected systems. SUPPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION
To properly fulfill our services, it may occasionally be necessary to supplement the information we collect with data obtained from third-party sources.
